We will connect over Zoom or a phone call and discuss your wedding needs, desires, priories, budget, and expectations.

PLANNING
After booking we start the planning process. We will work through every element of the logistical and aesthetical process thoroughly to make certain that all tasks are completed and that nothing is overlooked.

SECURING YOUR DATE
Once you have decided that we are the best fit for you, we will send over a customized contract. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

PRODUCING
Within the final phase of planning, we collaborate with your production vendors to bring your vision to life, finalize all plans and details, create a wedding day timeline, and prepare to execute a perfect wedding day.

MANAGING
Your BIG day is finally here! We will manage every aspect of your wedding day allowing you to be present, relaxed, and to enjoy your wedding vision that is now alive in front of you!
Additional Information
PRICING INFORMATION: We use a flat-fee pricing model. Our prices are based on your wedding needs, the services we will provide, hours spent on planning, hours spent on-site, and the service locations. As part of our initial conversation, we will discuss your budget expectations. After this we will create a customized contract.
BOOKING INFORMATION: There is a 30% non-refundable deposit that is required to secure your date for wedding planning services.
PAYMENT INFORMATION: We accept checks and money orders. Payment plans are available. Final payment is due two weeks prior to the event.
