This ensures that our focus remains entirely on the excellence of your event, rather than a fluctuating percentage. Your custom investment is meticulously calculated based on your specific needs, the complexity of the logistics, and the dedicated professional hours spent both in pre-planning and on-site. During our initial consultation, we will align on your budget expectations to curate a custom contract that reflects your unique requirements for your Mississippi celebration.
SECURING YOUR DATE: To honor our commitment to each couple and maintain our standard of Flawless Execution, we only accept a limited number of bookings per season across our target Mississippi event regions. A 30% non-refundable retainer is required to formally secure your exclusive date on our calendar and initiate our professional partnership.
PAYMENTS & PROVISIONS: For your convenience, we offer structured payment plans to ease the planning journey. We currently accept Zelle, checks, and money orders, with the final balance due fourteen days prior to your celebration. This timeline allows us to enter your wedding week fully focused on the flawless execution of your day, whether we are directing a grand gala in Oxford or a refined gathering in Central Mississippi.
